Most print jobs take 1-3 business days for us to complete after design proof approval.
Branded stationary like pens can take 3-5 business days after approval
Then it takes about 2-5 business days for shipping depending on your location from Atlanta

Absolutely! We proudly print, assemble, and ship most of our paper products out of our Atlanta office!
We only have a few items that require our trusted vendors that we've partnered with for years to fulfill.
Yes, we can definitely do that on most of our paper products! Reach out to support@notepadsyourway.com and let us know how many you plan to order and see if you qualify. We can either provide you a discount on your first single item order or send you a free single printed sheet.
Feel free to request something that you don't see on our website. Never hurts to ask! Odds are that someone has also asked before!
We will most likely be able to do it and can give you our quote on the request! We work with a number of great suppliers and vendors and am confident we can get what you need.
No. The backs should not be separating with ease, but it can happen on occasion; sometimes due to damage during shipping, not enough glue coverage on smaller pad sizes/sheet counts. Please reach out to support@notepadsyourway.com, and we will send you replacements or figure out another suitable resolution!
Those are products we have historically priced in the past, but the market cost fluctuations & lower general demand have made it difficult to maintain. We no longer regularly carry the inventory and have found it easier to price to order for customers that would still like to purchase those items from us.
Printing
We use primarily inkjet on our notepads, and laserjet on our placemat and cards.
When you want the following:
- Glossier image
- Sharper text and more vibrant images
- More photorealistic quality
- Less show-through for double-sided
- Plan to run it through another printer
Streaks are common printing errors. If you experienced this, please contact support@notepadsyourway.com with pictures of the error and we will issue a replacement as soon as possible!
Crooked printing is also a common printing error that can occur from time to time. If you experienced this, please contact support@notepadsyourway.com with pictures of the error and we will issue a replacement as soon as possible!
Pricing
Yes! We are starting it up for customers that are interested in spending more with us on an annual basis.

Just keep in mind that paper and print quality can differ greatly across brands. We've hand-selected our paper options for the best quality to value ratio, which may not always be the cheapest

Yes, free ground shipping is provided for all order greater than $75!
Applies for contiguous United States (i.e. 48 US)
Yes, we do! We have shipped to Canada, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
However, our free shipping offer does not apply out side of the contiguous United States (i.e. 48 US)
